CTI-modified COTS industrial/rugged computers that can be quickly adapted and made available to the battlefield will be spotlighted. With an emphasis on meeting today's budget limitations,.costs are reduced by providing COTS-based solutions instead of developing customized tactical rugged computers. CTI can provide custom-designed or build-to-print products as well, with financing available through Foreign Military Funding (FMF) programs.

CTI specializes in developing various accessories to utilize COTS industrial/rugged computing solutions in the tactical battlefield – for the soldier, armored vehicles, mortars or artillery – according to the customer’s needs. Up to now, forces in the field had to settle for older generation computer products, as it takes years to design and build customized rugged computers. Deployment time can be sped up significantly, using commercially available products built around the latest technology, with both better performance and reliability.

According to LTC. (Res.) Udi Kauf, Vice President, " Thanks to CTI's advanced techniques, commercially-available computers using the latest technologies can be tailored to meet the customer’s immediate battlefield needs. CTI’s engineering and manufacturing expertise allows us to design and build the accessories that complete a system’s capabilities."

CTI's products, both proprietary and modified COTS, meet various military standards, including MIL-STD 810 for environmental conditions, and meet the actual requirements of artillery forces in the field. Based on the company's extensive experience – and building on the military background of its managers – CTI's cost-effective products are both operational and combat-proven, with thousands of units already deployed by the IDF.

CTI enjoys a close relationship with Panasonic, acting as both a modification center and an Authorized Service and Support Center for Panasonic laptops & tablets. Panasonic's products are well-known and respected in the military sector and are being used by a large percentage of the military market.

The company also showcases its unique Wearable Computing Solutions for the Infantry Soldier; compact, very light weight (1-2 kg) and adaptable according to use (reconnaissance, shooting, endurance, equipment, radio, etc.). The soldier's kit includes a ruggedized tablet, pouch and docking station – and allows for any connection to systems accessible to the soldier – weapon systems, sensors, power sources, communication devices, etc. Installation options include backpack, armor, tripod, vehicle or desk/monitor mounting.
