ACF Industrie is the French leading European manufacturer of rubber tracks conversion systems for 4x4 vehicles. Its main plant is located in Brasov. At BSDA 2018, ACF displayed a Dacia Duster 4x4 that had been converted in one hour into an extreme off-road vehicle for the gendarmerie (militarized police).

Pierre Levivier, general manager of ACF Industrie, recalls that his company has already been supplying a large number of his rubber track conversion system to several countries around the world: large numbers of his track system have already been sold in Central Europe, Russia, Latin America and some Gulf States, turning Dacia Dusters, Jeep Wranglers and Ford Rangers into extreme off-road vehicles. So equipped, a vehicle can tackle the most difficult conditions in snow, mud, sand and marshy ground. At any time, the original wheels can be remounted. The ground clearance increases by 21 cm. The ground pressure decreases to 170gr/cm². The reduction ratio is 1,35. The top speed is limited to 60 km/h.

The body adaptations required have been designed by the Romanian company RomTuringia.
