During Defense & Security 2015, OIP has displayed the main products of its night vision equipment range as the Loris, monocular night vision system, IRBIS observation and aiming night sights. and HELIMUN, night vision system for helicopter pilots.

The Loris is a family of high performance monocular night vision devices to be used as handheld observation systems, mono or stereo googles for face mask or helmet mount, or as a sighting system for light weapons. An integrated light sensor switches off the system automatically in the event of overloading light levels. When the light returns to acceptable light levels, the sight automatically switches on again.

An optional gain control knob permits the adjustment of the image brightness. In option, the IR light source can be used to send message in Morse code. Enhanced optics permit the integration of the latest technology in image intensifier tubes.

On request from the customers, the LORIS can be fitted with a full range of options as an universal module , a remote battery pack, a removable battery pack for handheld applications and an IR Morse code sending feature.

The IRBIS 4x and 6x night sights are rugged, compact and offer high performance for medium and long range applications. The complete IRBIS housing is rubber protected; the system meets very stringent environmental specifications and withstands intensive shocks and vibrations during shooting and transport.

The IRBIS sights are fitted with the latest technology of image intensifier tubes. The systems have especially been designed for easy left and right hand operation. The integrated reticule adjustment knobs are placed on both sides of the weapon sight. The red colored electronic reticule can be adjusted in elevation, azimuth and intensity.

HELIMUN is a high performance stereoscopic night vision system for helicopter pilots, available with 40° or unique 60° field of view.

HELIMUN has been specifically designed to fit easily onto a pilot's helmets. It provides a very high image quality over a much greater range of eye position stahn the standard 15mm eye relief eye-pieces, ensuring that all users have the full field of view (40° or 60°)

Principal enhancements are the new XD-4 or XR-5 Image Intensifiers, individual interpupillary adjustment, large eye relief and exit pupil, a newly designed power module that is built onto the back of the helmet to increase the user's comfort and a new ANVIS bracket. The mounting of HELIMUN can be easily adapted to fit almost all kinds of pilot's helmets.
