MLT-IRB-75 is a third generation, handheld or tripod mounted, shuterless sensor, which can be used for target acquisition and reconnaissance. It features a high-resolution detector (640x480); an on-screen compass and tilt indicator; a video output to external monitor; an image and video recording SD card; an integrated day camera and four preloaded reticles with range estimation.

The system offers a high-definition eyepiece display, with an optical magnification of 4x and digital zoom of 1/2/3/4x or continuous zoom at 0.2 steps.

Detection, recognition and identification for a human target are at 2,500, 1,100 and 450 m. respectively. For a vehicle-sized target the respective distances are 6,000, 3,500 and 1,200 m.

The sight is powered by four CR-123 or two 18650 rechargeable batteries, which provide an autonomy of five and nine hours respectively. Its weight without the batteries is less than one kilogram.

The dimensions of the device are 260x150x100 mm. It has been built according to the MIL-STD-810G standard, allowing it to remain submerged to a depth of one metre for a period of up to 30 minutes.
