Utilizing advanced micropower radar technology, Camero offers a comprehensive solution for Through-Wall Imaging. Providing a revolutionary tactical advantage, the Xaver system delivers real-time knowledge of whether there are people present, how many, and where they are situated. The system features a first-of-its-kind capability to map the general shape of the room infrastructure behind the wall with high sensitivity for simultaneous detection of non moving live objects, allowing effective preparation, enhancing mission success, and delivering a life-saving operational advantage.

Camero's Xaver line of products has been successfully deployed by elite customers around the world, used for both military and Homeland Security applications (HLS). The Xaver Family provides soldiers and law enforcement teams with unprecedented Situation Awareness, saving lives by delivering significant improvements in information gathering, anti-terror activities, hostage rescue, anti-narcotics operations, and many other urban operations and missions. The company is participating for the first time in DefExpo and FIDAE, presenting the Xaver ™400 and the Xaver ™800.

The Xaver400 is a compact, lightweight and durable personal device optimized for the speed of tactical entries. Delivering critical information regarding the number of people and their location behind walls that are made of most common wall materials, the Xaver400 allows maximum mobility and maneuverability in virtually any type of urban operation.

The system needs no warm-up time, and is ready to go at the push of a button. Features include an optimized rugged design and a simple user interface with tracking capabilities for intuitive interpretation. The solution enables simultaneous detection of static and moving objects with a detection range of 20m (65ft), and can be operated in a stand-off mode at a distance from the wall. Information provided includes room dimensions and major infrastructure elements. The Xaver400 offers an optional internal wireless video transmitter for remote display, and is completely radiation safe.

The Xaver800 is a portable, high performance imaging system, optimized for gathering instant and accurate real-time information from behind solid walls or barriers, providing for the first time a true 3D imaging of objects behind walls.

The Xaver800 is a portable, high performance imaging system, optimized for gathering instant and accurate real-time information from behind solid walls or barriers, providing for the first time a true 3D imaging of objects behind walls. The system's superior object resolution allows quick location of people hidden by walls and barriers, and tracking of their movement patterns to support differentiation between victims and hostiles. Simple to operate, the Xaver800 delivers mission-critical information when and where it is needed. Rich 3D imaging brings the scenario to life and allows easily understandable viewing from multiple angles, enabling highly-efficient planning of life-saving operations.

The system offers a number of flexible options, including using the system at a stand-off from the wall, and remotely locating the sensor at a distance of more than 20 meters from the operator. Safe to use and operating on very low power signals, Xaver800 is designed for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions, delivering reliable detection, high resolution images through most common wall materials at a detection range of 20m (65ft). The 3D imaging capability, unique 3D navigation, and effective clutter suppression enable intuitive image interpretation. Xaver800 provides simultaneous detection of static and living objects and information about room dimensions and major infrastructure elements. Post-mission analysis, training and debriefing are enhanced by on-board data recording. The system includes VGA and S-Video output.

According to Camero's CEO and Founder, Amir Beeri, "We are pleased to present the Xaver400 and Xaver800 for the first time at DefExpo and FIDAE - both taking place in markets in which we are active and that are very important for us. The systems that we have developed following extensive R&D are among the few in the world that can provide reliable and precise information regarding what is happening behind walls. They were designed , first and foremost, to save lives through the delivery of critical tactical information to forces in the field, and we are happy that hundreds of our systems are already operational in a variety of missions on a daily basis, and are winning unprecedentedly high praise from the users."
