Container carriers are important part of logistic services for all armed forces. Tatra vehicle from the “seven-series line”, equipped with a hook lift MSH 165 C with a “H frame” that makes manipulation with containers very easy and reliably secures the load during the transportation even in a hard terrain, are reliable and universal assistants for ISO container transportations.

The medical container room is intended for preparation of patient for surgery or for performance of urgent medical treatment to stabilize the patient. Operating theatre is accessible from the Preparation Unit through the elbow-controlled automatic door. Container is equipped with electrical wiring, lighting, water distribution pipelines, sewage collection pipelines, holder of two medical gas bottles, medical gas distribution lines, UPS protected sockets, fridge, medical furniture, towel and soap dispensers and 2 air-conditioning unit.

The Medical Patient Preparation Container together with Operating Theatre (composed of two ISOP containers) and Surgeon/Staff Preparation Unit (ISO 1C container) creates Operating Complex, which might be deployed as a part of Field hospital or might be operated separately (need to be connected to the power, water source and sewage collector).

The Tatra 8x8 High Mobility Heavy Tactical Truck is fitted with a military Load Handling System (LHS) interfaces with NAT STANAG 2413 flatracks and ISO containers. System installed height with ISO 1C container is minimized less than 4 m to feet European road regulations.

The container lifting frame stowage assembly is mounted at the front of the subframe. it is used to store the container lifting frame when the vehicle is empty or in flatrack mode. Complete Flatrack Loading or Unloading cycle takes about five minutes. LHS can handle full payload of 16,500 kg up to 300mm below ground level.

The truck is air transportable by C-130 military transport aircraft and it is equipped with height and clearance adjustable system. In option, the truck can be fitted with add-on armour which can be implemented by the end-user when needed.
