Turkish Defence Industry occupies the largest area at KADEX 2018 where also SSM is enlisted as a partner organization. 22 companies and institutions of Turkish defence industry are exhibiting – led by the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries:

Within the framework of Turkish-Kazakh bilateral cooperation, projects on military communications systems, imaging systems, weapons and ammunition and armoured vehicles conducted successfully. It is desired to broaden the cooperation between our nations with projects on aerial platforms and military training infrastructures.

Adding to these KAE (Kazakhstan ASELSAN Engineering), established in 2011 as a joint venture between Kazakhstan Engineering National Company, ASELSAN and the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries, continues its production of imaging and weapon systems.

It is evaluated that deepening cooperation between brotherly nations of Turkey and Kazakhstan who shares common values and objectives, is crucial for regional and global security.
