The Army-2018 forum has featured military products from Germany and France, the Russian Defense Ministry said. "Over 40 companies and industrial enterprise from 15 countries have participated in the international Army-2018 military-technical forum and the National Security Week held on August 21-26 in the Patriot exhibition center. The forum has feature military products from the UK, Vietnam, Germany, Romania, France and South Africa," it said.

"46 foreign enterprises had applied to display 720 exhibits. It is a 3.5-fold growth against last year. Permanent Army forum participants were Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan which constantly increase the scope of their display in the number of enterprises, exhibits and leased space. The trend has been characteristic also of India and China since 2016," it said.

"At present Belarus and China dominate among the countries which applied and signed the necessary documents. They ordered a total of 2,500 m² for 20 and 16 industrial enterprises correspondingly. The countries displayed their products both at the individual stands of enterprises and at the national exposition. Along with Belarus and China, nine national displays of Armenia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Slovakia and Turkey were planned," the ministry said.
