Russian Defense Company Almaz-Antey presents for the first time its new Buk-M3 air defense missile system at the static display of Army-2018, the International Military Technical Forum that takes place in the Patriotic Park Expo, Moscow Region, Russia.
At the international Military Technical forum Army-2018, the Russian Company Kalashnikov Group presented a concept of a controllable bipedal complex. The promising goal of using the anthropomorphic complex is to solve engineering and combat tasks. The further development of technologies will be demonstrated at the next forum.
Uralvagonzavod Plant (UVZ) has fitted the latest T-15 IFV Infantry Fighting Vehicle, based on the Armata platform, with a new combat module having a 57 mm caliber cannon. In addition it has armed the vehicle with Ataka anti-tank guided missiles. This model of the vehicle has been demonstrated at the static exposition of the Army-2018 forum.
The Russian Company High Precision Systems holding showcases its newest Sosna anti-aircraft missile system for the first time at Army-2018 International Military-Technical Forum. The Sosna is based to the hull of the multi-purpose tracked armored vehicle MT-LB.
Artificial brain and digital technologies dominate discussions at the Army-2018 Innovation Club, said the Russian Defense Minister General Sergei Shoigu. Well-known public figures, military experts, chief designers and leading scientists will attend 151 events organized under the forum’s scientific and business programs.
Next week opening of the International Military-Technical Forum “ARMY-2018” that will take place in the Patriotic Park, Moscow Region, Russia from the 21 to 26 of August, 2018. The event is organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. This defense exhibition will present modern high-tech military equipment, new defense products used by the Russian and developed by the Russian defense industry.
