Six3 wins $125M US Army contract for intelligence support in Afghanistan


Six3 Intelligence Solutions Inc. (Six3) has been awarded a $125,807,584 contract to provide intelligence support services to the U.S. Forces-Afghanistan and Resolute Support director of intelligence, the US Department of Defense announced on August 17, 2018.

"Work will be performed in Kabul, Afghanistan, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2020. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity," the Pentagon added.

Six3 was founded in 2009 to provide strategic and differentiated solutions and services to support the missions of customers.

The company's mission solutions include biometrics, identity intelligence (I2), counterintelligence; command, control, communications, computers, and combat systems intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (C5ISR); and Cyber security and enterprise architectures.

In November 2013, Six3 was acuired by CACI International Inc, which provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
