Won Sei-hoon, South Korea's intelligence chief is reported to have said that North Korea is very likely to attack again, a week after an artillery strike on a South Korean island. The revelation came hours after officials said Seoul was planning more military exercises with the US.

The Estonian Defence Forces presented the new armored vehicle personnel carrier Sisu XA-188 in Männiku practice field. Estonia is buying 81 new armored vehicles from the Netherlands and they should gradually reach the members of the Defence Forces of Estonia by the year 2015.

British Ministry of Defence signs up for 200 Ocelot light protected patrol vehicles
 
Force Protection Europe has signed a contract with the UK MoD to supply an order of 200 Ocelots, and an initial spares package, for the Light Protected Patrol Vehicles (LPPV) programme. The contract is valued at approximately £180 million and delivery of the vehicles is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2012.
