BIDEC, Bahrain International Defense Exhibition and Conference was launched in 2017 Under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and organized by the British Company Clarion Events. The first edition of BIDEC BIDEC was fully supported by the Bahrain Defence Force, and a new opportunity for the global defense and security to showcase the latest technology, equipment and hardware across land, sea and air. Bahrain Defence Force are currently upgrading their capabilities and military equipment.

BIDEC 2019, Bahrain International Defence Exhibition and Conference will once again be organised by Clarion Events, the largest organiser of defence and security events in the world and Faalyat, a Bahrain-based events agency. BIDEC 2019 offers exhibiting companies the opportunity to demonstrate hardware and equipment, and to be seen on a high profile, international stage. The high-level conference on the sidelines of BIDEC has proven to be a powerful platform to hear key decision-makers from the government, military and defence sectors, giving unprecedented opportunities to discuss innovations, solutions and areas of collaboration.

Under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the 2nd edition of BIDEC (Bahrain International Defence Exhibition & Conference) will take place on 28-30 October 2019 at Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre.

Bahrain’s Royal Guard Commander, Major General HH Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has expressed his support for the second edition of the Bahrain International Defence Exhibition and Conference (BIDEC 2019).

Over 200 exhibiting companies are expected to attend in the 2019 show and over 10,000 guests are expected to visit over the course of the three-day event. Off-Site Activities are planned across Bahrain, including Shooting Displays, Military Vehicle Demonstrations, Parachute Demonstrations and Warship Displays. All will be available to attend via shuttle buses from the exhibition centre.

Following the successful inaugural edition of BIDEC in 2017, the second edition of BIDEC is due to expect over 10,000 visitors, 200 exhibiting companies. Fully supported by the Bahrain Defence Force, BIDEC presents a unique opportunity for exhibitors to showcase the latest military technology, equipment and hardware across land, sea and air.

During the three days of BIDEC 2019, Army Recognition Group will also provide the Official Web TV of BIDEC 2019 available each day on our YouTube channel with news, report, interview and full coverage about the event.
