of defence export products
intended for land forces
employment taking due
account of potential
customers’ requirements.
Russia’s arms
exports for Land Forces
and Air Defence are
characterised by the
following figures: Land
Forces come second with
19.7% (after Air Force)
and Air Defence is fourth
with 13.3% (after Navy).

terrestres et de défense
antiaérien
se répartissent,
en seconde position
les équipements
terrestres avec 19,7%,
juste derrière
le matériels
aériens, et
les systèmes
de défense
antiaérien
en quatrième
position , avec 13,3%,
juste derrière
les équipements
maritimes.

has not invited its
neighbours Pakistan
and China for the sixth
edition of the biennial
defence exhibition being
organised here from
February 15 to 18. "We
have not sent invitations
to Pakistan and China
for the Defexpo 2010.
In fact, they also do
not invite us for such
events they organise.
Last year, we had invited
China to the AeroIndia-2009
show in Bangalore, but
it did not participate,"
Defence Production Secretary
R K Singh said.

Two
of the world's most
powerful howitzers will
dominate the BAE Systems'
presence at the Indian
Defence Exhibition DefExpo
2010 in Delhi starting
Feb 15th. The BAE Systems
FH77 B05 towed howitzer,
and M777, the ultra
light howitzer, will
both be part of BAE
Systems' biggest ever
presence at DefExpo.
BAE Systems will be
co-located with Defence
Land Systems India,
the Mahindra and BAE
Systems joint venture
company which will soon
be up and running.
