The Remax 4, developed since late 2019 by Ares together with the Brazilian Army Technological Center, is adapted to the firing of M2HB 12.7 x 99mm and MAG58 7.62 x 51mm machine guns. Featuring automatic target tracking, the new RCWS is about 690mm high and weighs approximately 200 kg. The stabilization of lines of sight and shooting allows a precise shot even in moving conditions of the vehicle and target.

Ares, the designer and manufacturer of the Remax RWS, is a Brazilian company with proven experience in the development, production and logistic support of integrated solutions for the armed forces. The company built the first Excellence Center for Weapon Stations and Artillery Turrets in Brazil, always working in cooperation for the development of new technologies and solutions with the Brazilian Armed Forces, Research Centers and Universities. Since 2010, Ares is part of the Elbit Systems group, a world leader for the development of Defense Systems.
