"Exciting last four days during International Defense Expo IDEB in Bratislava, presenting the world premiere Rheinmetall Military MAN UDS HX 8x8 excavator to the world. Great work done by both teams during this spent on this project", commented Alexander Horvath, Vice President Defense CSM Industry.

The new Rheinmetall MAN UDS HX 8x8 Armored (or unarmored/soft-skin version) is intended for the support of engineer troops. It is used as a crane plus a heavy excavator with a 14.6-meter telescopic arm lifting up to 7 tons with a 360°-rotating head.
