On June 29, 2023, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, Forsvarsmateriell, and German vehicle specialist Flensburger Fahrzeugbau GmbH (FFG) signed a contract for the acquisition of eight WiSENT 2 Armoured Engineering Vehicles (AEVs) and three additional WiSENT 2 Armoured Recovery Vehicles (ARVs). The delivery of these vehicles is expected between 2026 and 2027.

On July 3, 2023, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced that Ukraine is preparing to enhance its defense with the imminent arrival of dozens of Leopard 1A5 tanks. This announcement was made in an interview with the newspaper Rzeczpospolita. The delivery of these tanks constitutes essential support from Germany and Denmark, thereby enhancing Ukraine's military capabilities.

Saab has received an order from the Australian Department of Defence for the supply of additional Carl-Gustaf M4 weapons. The order value is SEK 400 million with deliveries during 2024-2025. The Carl-Gustaf M4 weapons will be delivered with Saab’s new Fire Control Device, FCD 558.

These vehicles are specifically designed to safeguard security and police officers from different types of projectiles and small caliber weapon fire.

According to a tweet by Daniel of Bohemia dated July 3, 2023, Slovakia and Ukraine have entered into a cooperative agreement to jointly develop a new wheeled self-propelled howitzer. This joint effort will combine features of the Slovak EVA and the Ukrainian Bohdana, both of which are 155mm self-propelled howitzers. As reported by Tasnim, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force successfully tested a homegrown system that trains crew members to fire the “Fath 360” missiles. The training system, designed and manufactured by the IRGC Ground Force’s experts, simulates all stages from loading and preparation to the launch of the Fath 360 missile for the officers.
