Primetake's new 9mm CT round

The 9mm CT round has recently left Primetake’s leading edge R&D facility and is designed to “deliver all its energy into the target”, the round was specifically developed for use in contained areas where no over penetration of target or ricochet is essential. This means it is ideal for use in aircraft, public transport and other public areas where there is a risk for collateral damage.

Other rounds which will be exhibited include the .50 Cal AP round, which is a highly accurate anti-material round designed to disable lightly armoured military vehicles at ranges out to 2km, and has been supplied to a number of Asian customers.

Managing Director, Simon Martyr said:
“Primetake offers its customers a unique service providing bespoke high performance solutions to munitions requirements. We are looking forward to showing our customers at DSA some of our innovative new products, discussing ways that we can be of assistance to them as solution providers, and meeting new potential customers.”
