The Czech company Agados Trailers unveils its new mobile field systems at IDET 2017, in Brno, Czech Republic. Agados highlights its mobile field kitchen for full-menu catering: the PK 4 (Kaga).

With its modular structure, the PK 4 is a trailer cooking system capable of adjustment to the cooking habits of any user group in field operation. The main feature of the PK 4 is its four free places on the off-road single-axis trailer which can be freely configured to individual requirements.
The system can be ready for operation within 30 minutes – depending on the equipment configuration. The PK 4 system is suitable for cooking a complete menu for up to 350 people and for rescue operation up to 900 persons can received a simple meal. All the cooking modules of the PK 4 are made with high grade, stainless steel and meet the highest hygienic requirements. The rounded corners of the cooking module and their seamless design permit convenient cleaning using a minimum of time and detergents – in compliance with the HACCP concept (Hazard Analyses and Critical Control Points). |
