IDET 2019: VOP CZ showcases its TAROS V2 UGV


During IDET 2019 that is taking place in Brno, Czech Republic, Czech company VOP CZ is exhibiting its TAROS V2 Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) and its KERBEROS 3D VISION system.

Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) TAROS V2 is designed for combat and logistical support of mechanised, reconnaissance and Special Forces in a complex and risky operating environment. TAROS V2 is designed as a modular system, when the individual modules of 4x4 and 2x2 are possible to build a robotic vehicle TAROS V2 in the configuration of 4x4, 6x6, or 8x8 with the possibility of installation of a wide range of components or weapons, as well as robotic and sensory accessories.

As for the KERBEROS 3D VISION, it is a system that is globally unique, and that is specially designed for inspection of the chassis surface of vehicles in normal operations. Its mission is to detect and prevent the entry of vehicles that could represent a threat to the protected area. The KERBEROS 3D VISION allows automatic detection of potential terrorist and sabotage attacks as well as various spy equipment.
