The Platform Field Kitchen CRP 1000 can ensure fast and efficient catering
for 500 to 1000 people. It is equipped with 4 circular new generation
all stainless steel catering model. The layout can be made according to
the customer’s demands with kettles of 200 liters, double-walled
pressure cooker of 150 liters, fry pans of 70 liters or woks diameter
800 mm. |

Today
SERT is the only company to offer a circular and modular cooking module
solution on military kitchen trailer. It is modular because the trailer
can be fitted with a wok, a 200 liters kettle, a high pressure cooker
or a frying pan (as shown at IDEX 2013). Another unique feature of the system is the multi-fuel capability of the burners making the cooking modules very versatile once deployed in the field. They ensure fast rise in temperature of the cooking equipment. The system is user friendly with an on/off switch and a button to set the temperature. The same burner is also used in SERT’s mobile field laundry and SERT’s mobile field sanitation/shower. The trailer is made in house, weighs 2.5 tons, is air transportable and complies with NATO standards. It may be fitted with optional working tables. The advantage of the CRP1000 is its expandable platform which offers users a sheltered work area of 13m², 70 cm above ground: The users would not have to be standing in the mud. This is important an important feature in tropical countries. A complete and standard CRP 1000 Platform Field Kitchen comes with: - 4 Stainless steel cooking modules - 4 drawers - 80 liters hot water supply SERT is flexible and offers optional equipment to meet its customer’ special requirements. It only takes 2 soldiers and 30 minutes to deploy the field kitchen and start operating it. |
