The US Air Force Lifecycle Management Center has awarded Raytheon Co., Space and Airborne Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems, McKinney, Texas, a $87.1 million predominantly fixed-price-incentive contract for fiscal 2016 DAS-4 production.

This contract provides for 44 AN/DAS-4 Multi-Spectral Targeting System Model B high definition/target location accuracy turrets, one lot of production support/capacity increase, one lot of initial spares/shop replaceable units, and one lot of associated data.
Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Nov. 30, 2019. This contract involves foreign military sales to France.
Fiscal 2016 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $62,186,952; fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $19,601,732; and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $5,339,508 are being obligated at the time of award.
