The Efes 2018 Live-Fire Military Drills, which run from May 7 to 11, aims to develop military and combat capabilities for joint operations, in preparation for actual military engagement.

The locally-produced vehicle has been developed to secure delivery of up to 2.5 tons of vital materials (ammunition, fuel, food and water) to troops during operations and to military bases. The 12 or 13-ton vehicle can operate with 120mm mortars as well as 5.56 and 7.62mm machine guns. It can carry up to 9 people, including commander and driver.

The engine is a 6.7-liter, 6-cylinder, diesel, water-cooled, turbo-charged, common rail, with intercooler. Ii develops 360 hp at 2,500 rpm (1,100 Nm at 1,400 rpm). It is F-34 and F-54 fuel compatible. The automatic gearbox has 6 FW and 1R, doubled thanks to the two-speed transfer box with differential lock.
