Azerbaijan confirmed his participation in the Minsk defense exhibition, MILEX 2011, more than hundred enterprises from several countries already confirmed its intention to participate in the sixth international exhibition of armaments and military equipment MILEX-2011, which will be held in Minsk from May 24 to 27.

Azerbaijan produces locally an anti-material rifle

According to the information of Belarus government, among the enterprises, which manufacture armaments, the organizers confirmed the participation of 76 Belorussian and 22- of Russia companies. There is also several Kazakhstan and Ukrainian Companies. Delegations from 13 countries, among which, in particular, Cuba, Russia and Azerbaijan, confirmed their visit of MILEX-2011. Belarus Defence Companies plan to show more than 160 models of armaments, military and special defence equipment.

The goal of this exhibition is to create joint global projects in the defence sector, with a program agreement of Belarus government during 2011- 2015.

These projects concern electronic systems, high-precision weapons, individual soldier’s equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles, combat equipment for Special Operations and more.
