Milipol 2015: Groupe Marck highlights new portable camera and intervention coverall
The France-based Groupe Marck presents at MILIPOL 2015 exhibition its latest innovations for Security and Personal Protection. Among them, portable camera and intervention coverall, meet a single objective : the security and the individual protection of military, local authorities and city Police.

Sentinel, subsidiary of Groupe Marck, is launching its portable camera: an interactive black box for security forces. Compact and easy to use, the camera performs two tasks related to the protection of local authorities: it plays a deterrent role in front of deviant behavior and in the quest for transparency of the police action in the case of litigation.

For day and night uses, it has a GPS location function to provide localization data to captured images and sounds. 120 degrees wide-angle camera, a storage capacity of 16GB, a 10 hours continuous recording autonomy, all characteristics needed by security forces.

Another innovation, Sentinel launches the 1st intervention coverall co-designed with regional police forces. It thus meets the requirements and constraints inherent in their various interventions. Extremely tear-resistant, the coverall has been developed with ripstop fabric from the military field. This fabric allows for intensive use without accelerated wear. Ergonomic and comfortable, it provides greater freedom of movement, thanks to ergonomic areas allowing each part of the coverall to remain independent.

Functional, it offers no less than six pockets whose design and position have been designed to follow the natural movement of the hands. They are accessible even during an Intervention and regardless of the overall size of the belt. SENTINEL is also concerned about municipalities' budgetary streamlining: while maintaining a dynamic and operational design, the intervention coverall can be used both in winter and summer thanks to removable sleeves with concealed zip closures. The coverall is available in two leg lengths, with an adjustable waist (adjustable waistband inside) to fit all body types.
