Katadyn MOT 7 - Mobile Filter Unit at MSPO International Defence Industry Exhibition.
The look and taste of water, however clear and fresh it may seem, can be deceiving. The Mobil Filter Unit MOT 7 prepares drinking water by using microfiltration with Katadyn ceramic filters. It purifies 14l/min., if it is running 24 hours, that would be 20,000l/day. The weight of the system is 2 x 50 kg, 50 kg for the water treatment unit and another 50 kg for the Honda WH 20X pressure pump. The robust construction allows air mobility, and it is
easy to maintain and clean with a brush that comes with the system. The micro-porous filter element of Katadyn ceramic has an average pore size of 0.2 µ = 0.0002 mm. It safely removes suspended solids and agents of water borne diseases from the water such as typhoid, dysentery, cholera, amoebic, giardiasis and cryptosporidiosis. Katadyn Filter elements are unique, with multiple safety! No chemicals are being used for disinfection.

At MSPO 2013, International Defense Exhibition in Poland, Katadyn, the swiss company will exhibit its MOT 7 - Mobile Filter Unit. The system uses Katadyn's ceramic filters to disinfect water. The MTO 7 can purify up to 14l/min.MOT 7 - Water Disinfection by Microfiltration with Katadyn Ceramic Filters.
