NIMR Automotive presents NIMR 6x6 APC and NIMR 4x4 Internal Security at Dubai AirShow 2013.
NIMR Automotive, a subsidiary of Tawazun Holding, presents at Dubai AirShow 2013 the NIMR 6x6 APC armoured vehicle personnel carrier and the Internal Security Vehicle 4x4. Nimr Automotive design, manufacture, deliver and support wheeled vehicles to meet the growing needs of armed forces and internal security organizations.
     
     

Nimr is available in both armored and unarmored variants, which can seat two, four, five, six and eight soldiers. NIMR vehicles efficiently meet the highest multi-purpose objectives set by the international defence sector. Vehicles with its unique characteristics such as compact high mobility in the hi-tempo environments can serve in different roles such as command, reconnaissance, logistics and internal security.

The NIMR 6x6 APC (Armoured Personnel Carrier) is design to provide maximum operational flexibility and protection. With a capacity to transport up to 10 soldiers, the vehicle can additionally be fitted with remotely operated weapon and communication systems.

The vehicle is fully armored to provide mine and ballistic protection as per customer requirements with optional add on panel protection kit for additional protection, and is able to withstand ballistic threats (hostile fire) as well as land mine and Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attacks by means of specially designed add-on armor and land mine protection technology.

NIMR 4x4 Internal Security Vehicle at Dubai AirShow 2013
     
The 4x4 Nimr internal Security Vehicle is a fast deployment riot control troop carrier. The vehicle is designed for use over all types of roads as well as in all weather conditions. Designed to carry up to 8 equipped troops,the 6 back seats are facing to the outside.

The vehicle is fully air transportable. The vehicle is armor protected as per customer requirements. The NIMR Internal Security is provided by 10 gun ports, escape hatches,front dozer, water cannon ,and smoke grenade launchers.

Standard equipment of the NIMR Internal Security includes day and night cameras, loud speaker and the laser dazzler.
