French company Piriou launches OPV Offshore Patrol Vessel ARA Piedrabuena for Argentinian Navy

According to a press release published on October 1, 2020, after the arrival of the A.R.A. Bouchard in Argentina in February 2020, the second OPV for the Argentinian Navy named ARA Piedrabuena has been launched this Thursday 1st of October, 2020, in Piriou’s shipyards in Concarneau, France. This launching comes ahead of schedule – 2 months before the contractual deadline – despite the adverse sanitary context.
