BSDI regroups the Belgian companies providing specific products and services for the security and defense market and is the one-stop shop for partnering with its members in the framework of collaborative development and procurement programs or just as part of your supply chain.

Founded in 1989, BSDI regroups more than 50 companies of various size, active in multiple domains – from military aerospace to homeland security - employing more than 16000 people and generating an annual turnover of more than €4Bn. From its office in Brussels, Belgium, BSDI serves its members by facilitating business development opportunities, prime leads to defense procurement agencies and foreign prime contractors.

While most BSDI’s members are major actors in the industrial defence sector, active worldwide and offering solutions, products and systems based on the required standards in the field, Homeland Security became an important domain for them as well. On top more and more new members, specialized in this domain, are making use our services.
Today, there is an increasing required level of protection on the physical integrity and health of those who participate in security. For the Security Forces, Milipol Paris is a key event to see the latest products available to the current market.
