Chaiseri is a Defense Company based in Thailand that produces advanced tracked systems including tracks, track shoe, idler wheel, sprocket ring and support rollers for many combat vehicles from all over the world. Chaiseri is also manufacturer and producer of Run-Flat systems and wheeled armoured vehicles. Chaiseri Defense was established in 1969, and has grown into a company that is recognised around The world for its expertise in military vehicle support and technology As well as supporting the vehicles of the Royal That Army and Navy. Chaiseri has exported its products and services to more than 35 countries in six continents.

Facilities | ||||
Chaiseri's main factory is a 140.000-square metre plant at Pathumthani. 40 kilometers north of Bangkok. Mere the company's production facility incorporates a host of state-of the art manufacturing equipment, including CNC cutting machines. 2,000-ton presses and a range of the latest test equipment. The facility includes a Wasting facility for stripping down vehicles, and paint/coating ovens for high-quality finishing. One of Chaiseri's specialties is rubber to-metal bonding.
At the Pathumthani factory Chaiseri has supposed domestic and international customers with a range of vehicle support capabilities. They include reconditioning and upgrading vehicles and their sub-systems, as well as maintenance, repair and overhaul activities. Chaisen's factory capabilities allow the company to manufacture many of the parts required to support vehicle fleets Through its long experience of working with military vehicles Chaiseri Defense has also been able to devise new technologies to further enhance vehicle capabilities. Its advanced metal/rubber track systems have been fitted to many popular vehicle types, the company has also developed a run-flat tyre system.

Track Systems | ||||
Chaiseri has been making track systems for armoured vehicles since 1988, with a range of track shoe, road wheel, idler wheel, sprocket ring and support rollers for many vehicles. Types that are supported include the popular M60, T-72 and T-85 main battle tanks, M113 and BMP-3 armoured personnel carrier, and M1098 self-propelled howitzer. Chaiseri specializes in rubber tracks that reduce vibration, noise and road-wear, while improving fuel economy and vehicle mobility. The company's latest design is a double-pin track with more than 60 percent rubber composition.

Support of military vehicles | ||||
A key area of competence for Chaiseri is the support of military vehicles and their sub-systems through a wide range of upgrade, reconditioning, maintenance and repair services. In this role the Company has supported both domestic and international customers. More than 1,200 vehicles have been through the Chaiseri process, covering a wide range of types, such as the M113,T-85, AAVP7A1, HMMWV, V150, M816, M543, M35, M60A2 and M151. As well as providing services for complete vehicles, Chaiseri also has expertise in maintaining and upgrading key sub-systems, such as the engines of the M60 tank and M109 self-propelled howitzer.

Run-Flat Technology | ||||
Chaiseri has developed an advanced run-flat tyre system that allows vehicles to drive for at least 150 kilometers after suffering a flat tyre. The system comprises a single piece run-flat insert for heavy-duty operations and is also mounted on the First Win 4x4 armoured vehicle. Various types of system have been created top operate with a variety of standard tyre sizes.

From this rich wealth of experience Chaiseri has gained the knowledge and expertise necessary to develop its own vehicles, thus elevating the company from being a support organisation to the status of original equipment manufacturer. Known as first Win, Chaiseri's initial entry into the OEM world is a tactical 4x4 aimed a: both armed forces and internal security needs.
First Win has been devised as a family of versions, offering different levels of protection and mobility to suit various customer requirements. The vehicle can be reconfigured for many deferent battlefield and security roles. such as ambulance, command post, reconnaissance and infantry fighting vehicle. It is easily transportable by air sea. rail or road, and can be fitted with a variety of overhead weaponry such as 7.62mm or 12.7mm machine guns, and 40mm automatic grenade launcher.
