Description

One other version of the ZFB05 family, is the the broadcasting wheeled armoured vehicle ZFB05G. This version is based on the same chassis that all the family of ZFB05, designed and manufactured by the Chinese Defence Company Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles. The broadcasting ZFB05 is equipped with loudspeaker mounted to the roof. The vehicle borne GPS system, the electronic map software, the vehicle borne communication systems, the vehicle borne transceivers have been equipped in the vehicle so that the communication system in the vehicle can realize the functions of transmitting out the radio voice, image and data documents. With the high mobility, quick response and nice supportability, the vehicles have been in service with public security, armed police and peacekeeping forces. Thanks to the high-powered public address system, ZFB05G Armored Broadcasting Vehicle can executive the different special operations for disperse, propaganda and psychological warfare.

Armament

There is no armament to the vehicle. The broadcasting ZFB05G is equipped with two loudspeakers, mounted on the top of the roof. To supplement its self-protection, the broadcasting ZFB05 is equipped with two groups of gas grenade launcher. One single camera is also installed to the back side of the vehicle. The camera can be gone up to a 6 meters height, thanks to a telescopic mast. Inside the vehicle, two television screens are available, with recording and data transmission systems. In option, the ZFB05G can be equipped with two sets of six gas grenade launchers of 64mm caliber with a range from 100 to 300m or two sets of nine gas grenade launchers of 38mm caliber with a range from 40 to 120 m, which are mounted on the top rear side of the hull.
Design and protection
The driver and commander in the ZFB05G are seated at the front of the vehicle with one single door on each side of the hull. The front side of the hull is equipped with two large bullet-proof windows. The broadcasting ZFB05 has an all-steel armored hull, which provides protection against small arms fire of 7.62 mm caliber Type 81/AK-47 assault rifles and artillery shell splinters. The protection level is the same as the all ZFB05 vehicles family.
Propulsion
The light armoured vehicle ZFB05G has adopted Model IVECO-NJ2046 military 4 x 4 cross-country chassis with Model SOFIM 8142.43 87kw turbo-charging inter-cooling diesel motor while the bearing distance is 2800mm,or with Model SOFlM 8142.45 98kw turbo-charging inter-cooling diesel motor while the bearing distance is 3310mm.
Accessories
The ZFB05G broadcasting armoured vehicle can be suitable with night-time lighting and searching systems. The range of illumination is from 300 to 800m. With its 350MHz ultra short wave broadcasting station, the vehicle can communicate with the command center. The ZFB05G has own electricity supply capacity, so it can work for a long time without electricity generators and city electricity supply. Over the rear troop compartment are two outward opening oblong roof hatches. Three search lights are mounted between the loudspeakers.

Description

One other version of the ZFB05 family, is the the broadcasting wheeled armoured vehicle ZFB05G. The broadcasting ZFB05 is equipped with loudspeaker mounted to the roof. Armament

There is no armament to the vehicle. The broadcasting ZFB05G is equipped with two loudspeakers, mounted on the top of the roof.
