Design & Protection |
The RG35 4x4 RPU combines the high levels of survivability of the RG31 Mine Protected Vehicle with much of the tactical capability of a modern combat vehicle. The RG35 4x4 RPU protection is based on an unique armour protected capsule, which provides high protection against mine blasts, road side bombs and gunfire.

Mobility |
The RG35 RPU is based on a 4x4 chassis. The vehicle is motorized with an ISL Cummin engine coupled to a ZF 6HP602 transmission with 6 atomtic speed. The RG35 4x4 RPU can run at a maximum road speed of 90 km/h.

Accessories |
The driver sits at the front of the vehicle on the centre and has large bulletproof window at the front and one smaller to each side, a single-piece hatch which opens to the rera is mounted on the roof. The troop compartment is at the rear of the vehicle. The soldiers enter an leave the RG35 4x4 RPU via a single large rear door, which opens to the right, a small window is fitted on the upper part. A spare wheel is mounted on the right side of the hull. the RG35 4x4 RPU measures approximately 5.2 meters in length, 2.6 meters in width, and 2.5 meters in height, with a ground clearance of 414 millimeters. The RG35 RGU’s gross vehicle mass is 21,000kg and seats driver plus 9 crew members.
