"At the present time the aircraft plant operates with maximum efficiency," announced the aircraft manufacturer. The State Contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for supplies of the Su-34s to the Russian Air and Space Forces up to the year 2020 guarantees a stable work load of the Sukhoi Company for the coming years and identifies long-term development prospects.
"Currently, Su-34s operate successfully in the military and demonstrate high performance," said Sukhoi. It performed its first combat missions a few days ago in Syria, where six Su-34s have been reportedly deployed. Almost 34 Fullback fighters have been inducted in the Russian Air Force for now. Sukhoi delivered the first set of serial Su-34 frontline bombers to the Russian Air Force in June 2014, under the 2014 State Defence order.
