Among other things, the Norwegian Armed Forces are present and patrol with forces on land, in the air, at sea, underwater and in the cyber domain.
The Norwegian Navy is in dialogue with its partners to coordinate security measures in our shared sea areas. Among other things, several of the Norwegian Navy's vessels have been deployed to support security on the Norwegian continental shelf.
The air force conducts frequent and regular sorties with the F-35 fighter jets, both from the air station at Ørland and from the rapid reaction force at Evenes. On Friday morning, the Air Force flew in Norwegian territory, and further out over Haltenbanken, among other things at the oil installations on the Draugen and Heidrun fields.
