The Orlan-10 is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by the Special Technology Center (STC) in Saint Petersburg for the Russian Armed Forces.

It is usually used in groups of two or three, in which the first is used for reconnaissance at a height of 1,000 to 1,500 meters (3,300 to 4,900 ft), the second for electronic warfare, and the third as a transponder that transmits information to the control center.

The drones carry optical devices and heat imagers to detect and identify targets. Orlan drones report the location of the adversary, the weapons of nationalist battalions deployed in residential quarters and hangars, firing points, self-propelled guns, armor, and automobiles. They also detect camouflaged targets.

Orlan-10 can carry four types of 5-kg payload. The endurance time is 16 hours and the drone can operate 120 km from the ground control and 600 km in an autonomous regime. The craft has protected communication channels and is a component of the Leer-3 jammer to suppress hostile ground communications.
