Karelia Air Command (Finland) hosts a step out visit of two Royal Danish Air Force F-16 fighters at Rissala Air Base on 3‒4 August 2022.

The visit will be part of the bilateral cooperation between the Finnish and Danish air forces.
"Nordic defence cooperation enables flexible implementation of step out visits. During the event, our F/A-18s will fly training missions together with the Danish F-16s" says Lieutenant Colonel Tomi Böhm, Chief of Staff, Karelia Air Command.
The Danish F-16s will participate in the Finnish Air Force’s daily flight training activity together with Karelia Air Command’s F/A-18 Hornets. The air activity will take place in the training areas located in the vicinity of Rissala Air Base on 3‒4 August 2022.
