Utilizing machine guns on moving targets, this new form of Air Combat Training provided direct feedback to pilots, enhancing their skills and operational readiness.

The training utilized a sleeve target affixed to QinetiQ’s PC-9B aircraft, serving as a dynamic objective for the Slovenian Armed Forces' 152nd Fixed Wing Squadron's PC-9M aircraft. Equipped with a hit counter, the sleeve offered real-time feedback on accuracy and performance, optimizing the training experience for participants.

Conducted at the Andravida Air Force Base in Greece, the training also involved collaboration with the 117th Combat Wing of the Greek Air Force, underscoring international cooperation in enhancing military capabilities.

Graham Ollis, Managing Director of Global Threat Representation & Geschäftsführer at QinetiQ GmbH, expressed pride in the successful execution of the training, highlighting its value as an additional module within the company's Aerial Training Services portfolio. He affirmed QinetiQ's commitment to providing top-tier training solutions to Slovenia and other international partners.
