Russia will not provide ground-to-air missiles systems S-300 to Iran, indicated this 28 October 2009 the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergueï Ivanov at the conclusion of a meeting of the commission on the modernization of the Russian economy near the president of the country. A contract of delivery of Russian S-300 missiles in Teheran was signed in December 2005, but the forever officially announced beginning of its realization.
