Big joint military exercices for United and South Korea august 2010 30000 American soldiers.

Military operations began this Monday, August 16, 2010 between South Korea and the United States, with the participation of 56.000 soldiers on the Korean side and 30.000 American soldiers, in spite of the threats launched by the North Korea. The exercise should last ten days. The North Korea is completely to oppose to these operations, and indicated that it could react severely against the United States and to South Korea to answer these military exercises. The shipwreck of the military corvette Cheonan on March 26th, 2010 largely degraded the relations between the two countries, but the North Korea contradicted always to be implied in this shipwreck and qualified these new operations like a repetition for a military invasion.
