The troops of strategic missiles (RVSN) carried out this 10 December 2009, a successful firing of intercontinental ballistic missile RS12M Topol. “The firing was carried out successfully at 15:35 Moscow time (12H35 GMT) at the Kapoustin-Iar polygon, in the region of Astrakhan, indicated the military.
