Drawing
on its expertise using advanced flexible materials, Aero
Sekur’s poncho is just 0.4kg, a third lighter than
its nearest competitor product. And, with a 95% reduction
of IR signature, a significantly lower thermal signature
for its weight is provided compared to alternative solutions.
The
water-repellent poncho, which folds easily into a lightweight
pocket sized package, can be worn in any climate and provides
shelter during extended night missions. A non-snagging
design ensures long service life, which benefits general
infantry and sniper applications in dense forest regions.
The suit also prevents detection from night vision glasses
during general use.
As
part of Aero Sekur’s Personal Camouflage System
(PCS), the sniper poncho provides soldiers, including
special operation forces, with a signature management
tool that offers protection and supports stealth operations
in hostile territories.
Other
Aero Sekur PCS products include personal screen and Special
Operations Tactical Suit ranges. Camouflage net and mobile
camouflage shelters for vehicles, equipment and personnel
