Aero
Sekur returns to DSEi with an extended defence clothing range including
CBRN suits & respirator, sniper suit and poncho. Continued innovation
in advanced soldier equipment includes a new ballistic jacket offering
high levels of protection, low weight and quick release system. Expertise
in parachute development is also presented, including products for standard
troop, aircraft braking and submunition chutes through to advanced guided
precision airdrop systems. |

Capability in advanced combat clothing has been confirmed with Aero Sekur’s role as a key player in Forza NEC – the Italian Future Soldier programme. The company is responsible for development of NBC masks/canisters, NBC combat suits including NBC gloves and boots, combat suits, battle dress uniforms, combat boots, sniper suits and under/over-garments. An integrated Personal Protection Platform is now offered by Aero Sekur: the result is a one stop solution for defence apparel with full compatibility between elements including suits, masks, armour and electronic equipment. The platform philosophy is a technical springboard for advancements such as body mapping systems. |

Company news includes the addition of an American company
to the Aero Sekur Group. Aero Sekur Inc. in New Jersey supports Aero Sekur’s
growth across the United States’ defence and aerospace industries.
Initial presence for Aero Sekur in the US is a liaison, marketing and
engineering office. Relocation is planned within two years to facilities
with manufacturing, production and an FAA FAR-145 repair station.
The Aero Sekur Group is further expanded with the addition of Sensichips srl. Based at Aero Sekur’s primary manufacturing facility South of Rome, Sensichips is developing low power, integrated safety system microsensors which will support electronics integrators and OEMs. Sensichips’ application potential in the defence sector includes incorporating sensors into equipment, such as respirators or NBC suits, for early identification of CBRN hazards |
