This gun has been combat-proven in the Afghan theater and with the United Nations in Lebanon. This innovative system used by American forces in Afghanistan is acknowledged for its excellent firing accuracy. It is used by the French Army but also by Asian and Middle Eastern forces. A new 155 towed gun, Trajan®, has been added to the Caesar® range. It was developed in partnership with the Indian company Larsen & Toubro under the 21st century Indian Artillery project. AUSA
will also provide an opportunity for presenting the range of 155 munitions
(LU 211, Bonus and Spacido) – unique know-how that associated with
Caesar® provides unequalled superiority to French fire support. Nexter
will also be showing its range of 40 mm munitions and its new turret T40. |
