The BridgeWay M8100RM provides Voice over IP (VoIP) intercom and combat net radio communications between multiple shelters. The M8100RM uniquely provides Unicast for efficient local network communications and Multicast between shelters, thereby reducing wide area network traffic and bandwidth requirements. M8100RM advanced network architecture offers system wide redundancy, remote control and configuration of radios and roaming for console operators. The M8100RM supports multiple simultaneous radio repeater, cross-patch, conference and intercom network connections. An embedded TDM switch provides dial access to combat radio and intercom nets from IP phones, VoIP networked communication terminals and legacy telephones. Wide Area Conference Nets between multiple shelters may be configured to include radio, SATCOM, legacy telephone equipment and IP PBX systems. The M8100RM integrates an 8 port radio controller, VoIP Gateway, Client Server, communications switch, conference bridge and Call Manager into a single compact, lightweight, low power system. The M8100RM meets MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-1275B for operation in extreme platform environments. Plug-in telecom option cards for the M8100RM support
up to 8 FXS and 8 FXO lines, 8 E&M trunk lines, 8 DNVT ports and
