The
Defense Security Cooperation Agency of United States notified Congress
Aug. 3 of a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Belgium
for 240 Block I Javelin
Missiles and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical
support for an estimated cost of $88 million. |

The
Government of Belgium has requested a possible purchase of 240 Block I
Javelin
Missiles, 60 Command Launch Units (CLU) Missile Simulation
Rounds (MSR), Battery Coolant Units (BCU), support equipment, spare and
repair parts, personnel training and training equipment, publications
and technical data, U.S. Government and contractor technical assistance
and other related logistics support. The estimated cost is $88 million. |
