Elbit Systems to upgrade AFV armoured fighting vehicle of an Asian customer with optronics.
Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: ESLT) ("Elbit Systems") announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elbit Systems Electro-optics Elop Ltd. ("Elop"), was awarded an approximately $80 million contract to upgrade Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFV) of an Asian customer (the "Program"). The Program will be performed over a two-year period.
     
Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: ESLT) ("Elbit Systems") announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elbit Systems Electro-optics Elop Ltd. ("Elop"), was awarded an approximately $80 million contract to upgrade Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFV) of an Asian customer (the "Program"). The Program will be performed over a two-year period.
As a market leader for decades, Elbit Systems Electro-optics – Elop comprehensive range of electro-optic solutions meets the operational needs and challenges of a wide variety of forces and scenarios.
     

Under the Program, Elop will integrate advanced systems for enhanced effectiveness (including for night operations) of the weapon systems installed onboard the AFV.
