LET Aicraft Industries at IDET 2013 with latest generation of its transport aircraft L410 UVP-E20.

The Let L-410 Turbolet is a twin-engine short-range transport aircraft, manufactured by the Czech aircraft manufacturer LET Aircraft Industries, mostly used for passenger transport. Since 1969 more than 1100 airframes have been produced. At IDET 2013, the Company will show the latest generation of its aircraft L410 UVP-E20.

     
The Let L-410 Turbolet is a twin-engine short-range transport aircraft, manufactured by the Czech aircraft manufacturer LET Aircraft Industries, mostly used for passenger transport. Since 1969 more than 1100 airframes have been produced. At IDET 2013, the Company will show the latest generation of its aircraft L410 UVP-E20.
The L 410 UVP-E20 variant is type certified on the basis of FAR 23 regulation (Amendment 34) and have received the Type Certificates in the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Russian Federation, Cuba and Chile. After establishing the new European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) the aircraft also received full EASA Type Certificate valid for all EU (EASA) countries.
     
All-metal, high-wing, twin turboprop commuter aircraft, powered by two engines H80- 200 is successfully operating in both Sahara desert as well as Siberian tundra. The L 410 UVP-E20 received full EASA Type Certificate valid for all EU (EASA) countries. Aircraft has been certified on the basis of FAR 23 regulation (Amendment 34), but it is known as well as L420 which is variant of the L 410 UVP-E20 certified on the basis of FAR 23 regulation (Amendment 41).

Until today more than 1100 aircraft have been produced. 19 seat turboprop commuter aircraft has been in production for over forty years and it holds an impressive safety record. Users from various regions appreciate its remarkable „hot and high” performance and excellent STOL capability even on unpaved runways. They especially value its tough and durable structure and its ability to operat under extreme climatic conditions, ranging from –50°C up to +50°C. Durable airframe and unique design offer exceptional performance both in the torrid desert heat of Africa and Latin America as
well as the most frigid regions of the world.

The wide-body, oval fuselage, with 17.9 cu m. (632 cu ft) of passenger cabin volume, provides the highest standard of passenger comfort in the standard commuter variant as well as maximum versatility and utilization of the aircraft for a number of other applications and special missions, including executive, cargo, fast medical aid, ambulance, paratroops, photogrammetric, maritime patrol, surveillance and others. The L 410 represents ideal technical and economic solutions for short haul air transport of passengers and loads, which is easy to handle and simple to maintain.
