The choice of Mexican police in the use of armored vehicles
is guided by its vulnerability to crime using now assault rifles and
explosives against standard vehicles of police forces. The MDT Tiger utilizes a ballistic system with add-on layers, offering various levels of armor protection. Add-on armor panels are all replaceable, repairable, and upgradeable. All windows, including the windshield, offer the same ballistic qualities. A slatted grill and side panels offer protection for the engine. |
