will present its Toughbook and Toughpad rugged mobile solutions as well
as its video surveillance cameras at Milipol 2013 (stand 5 R 114), meeting
the specific needs of security professionals. Mobile tools perfectly adapted
to professionals working in the field. They include a wide range of functionalities
which are used to optimize operational efficiency. They are designed to
be protected from liquid splashes, shocks, vibrations, and dust. They
are resistant to extreme temperatures and their ergonomic design means

FZ-G1, the Toughpad with Windows 8.1 Pro, slim, rugged, and compact
The Toughpad FZ-G1 is the first Panasonic ultra-rugged tablet equipped with Windows 8 Pro, designed for professionals who are always on the move and work mainly outdoors or from their vehicle. This slim device weighs barely 1.1 kg and has been designed to make full use of the new functionalities of the Windows 8 Pro operating system. It meets the MIL-STD-810G standard for drops from 120 cm and has IP65 water and dust protection. The 10.1-inch multi-touch screen enables finger input through 10 simultaneous detection points as well as input using the digitizer pen which enables signatures to be recorded. WV-TW310,
a discreet and efficient wearable camera Designed for law enforcement agencies (police, public security, private security operators), this solution comes with two PC software programs — Wearable Camera Agent Software and Wearable Camera Viewer Software. Equipped with a 1/4-inch type MOS image sensor with a 1.3-megapixel resolution (1280 x 960 pixels), it benefits from a 180° horizontal and 140° vertical angular field of view thanks to its wide-angle fish-eye lens. Videos are recorded in H.264 format up to 30 fps on an SDHC built-in memory card with a maximum capacity of 32 hours depending on the video bit rate. The continuous operating time is approximately 5 hours when the battery is fully charged. The Agent Software allows you to upload videos automatically to a computer via the conversion box, which also enables you to recharge the portable battery (ideal for uploading videos from multiple cameras at the end of a patrol).
