SAAB receives a new order for the C-band medium-range locating radar Arthur. | |||
Defence and security company Saab has received an order for the Arthur weapon locating system amounting to MSEK 128. Deliveries will take place in 2014. Arthur is a C-band medium-range weapon-locating system that detects and locates enemy artillery fire. The system is used by demanding customers around the world, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Greece, Czech Republic, Spain and Italy. |

ARTHUR radar utilizes a passive phased-array antenna technology for optimized battlefield performance. The technology provides the perfect balance between mobility, range, accuracy, ECCM, operational availability and operational cost. |
