At Milipol 2015, the Worldwide Exhibition of Internal State Security, the French Company Verney-Carron introduces a new product in its flash-ball less lethal weapon range, the Flash-Ball Super Pro². Flash-Ball is a registered trademark for a nominally non-lethal hand-held weapon used mainly by law enforcement officers in riot situations as an alternative to lethal firearms, baton rounds, and plastic bullets.

With this new version of Flash-Ball Verney-Carron offers a new less lethal weapon which is light and sturdy thanks to the materials used. Flash-Ball Super Pro² is fitted with two barrels allowing use of two different types of ammunition so graduating riposte.
The new Flash-Ball Super Pro² is equipped with a new hand-grip located at the front of the weapon and a retractable stock to improve the stability of the gun during firing. The ergonomic pistol grip of the Flash-Ball Super Pro² is designed for right or left handed user. There is opening in the barrel to check at any time if and how the flash-ball is loaded. The weapon is also equipped with red dot sight that gives the user an aimpoint in the form of an illuminated red dot to increase accuracy when shooting. The Flash-Ball Super Pro² has a sturdy, compact construction that is very ergonomic. The side of the weapon is fitted with Picatinny rails that provides a standard mounting platform consisting of rails with multiple transverse slots allowing the use of accessories such as lights, lasers, grips, shoulder supports etc. The Flash-Ball Super Pro² has a maximum length of 33 cm for a total weight of 1.650 kg and a caliber of 44mm. |
